Some shipping method options not showing in checkout

Hi guys,

Currently my store is only showing my custom shipping rate at checkout. The carrier rates I have enabled from UPS do not appear as options under “Shipping method”. I would like for all of the options to be listed, with my custom rate – called UPS Ground (5 to 8 business days) – being Free and the 2 UPS options for UPS 2nd Day Air® and UPS 3 Day Select® showing the calculated shipping rate appropriately.

I just had another client complain to me about this issue, I looked at his store and everything is configured correctly. It does seem like Shopify broke carrier-calculated rates, even the backup rates, or at least for UPS.
