I am able to log into my Shopify account but all I can see are some inactive stores. My main store is not listed as active or inactive. I am unable to reach support. So, my issue is not a login issue or reset password, etc. My store has just vanished. I can go online and access my store as a consumer and it works fine, so I know that it has to be active. Any suggestions or tips on how I can get connected with Shopify Support to get this worked out?
It sounds like you entered a different email address from the one that’s associated with your active store. You can try using this recovery tool to find out if any of your email addresses are connected to it. Then check your inboxes as you’ll receive an email if a store is associated with any of the email addresses you enter. This is the fastest way to resolve the login issue you’re encountering.
