I can not find PayPal Gateway in Supported payment methods.
after go to Settings > Payments > Supported payment methods.
PayPal does not exist at all. what should I do ?

With regards to setting up PayPal, are you able to tell us more about the problems you are facing? Perhaps a screenshot of what you are seeing in your settings. Any information that you can share will help us understand your situation better.
