In settings I can’t see payout section in Payments. I had a COD payment from RazorPay that I can’t see credited. The payments received section is just not present. I don’t undestand.

If you’re unable to see the Payouts section under Settings > Payments, it’s possible that your store is currently not using a payment method that supports integrated payouts directly through Shopify — for example, Shopify Payments. Since you’re using Razorpay (especially for COD), payouts are managed externally through Razorpay’s own dashboard, not within Shopify’s admin.
To check your payment status for that COD order:
Log in to your Razorpay dashboard directly.
Go to Payments or Settlements to view recent transactions and payout status.
Also, COD payments are typically not credited online, as the amount is collected manually by your delivery partner and settled later. You’ll need to coordinate with your logistics or COD provider (through Razorpay or otherwise) to track that specific payout.
