Hello everyone,
I’m reaching out in hopes of finding a solution or guidance regarding a persistent issue with Shopify Payments verification. Since October 5th, I have been unable to complete the identity verification process. The system continuously returns the same error, even after numerous attempts and multiple forms of valid identification.
Here’s a summary of what has happened so far:

Attempted verification over 100 times

Uploaded two different passports, two driving licences, and a national ID

Contacted Shopify Support more than 20 times

Each time, I was informed that the issue would be escalated or fixed

As of today, there has been no progress and the error remains unchanged
This ongoing issue has delayed my ability to operate normally and has created significant strain on my business operations. I’m sharing this here in hopes that someone from the community or Shopify staff can help escalate this matter properly and provide a concrete solution.
