Could you please clarify the situation where you lost money? Did the store not respond to your order? Unfortunately, Shopify cannot recover your money for you as they do not operate businesses on behalf of merchants on the platform. You should speak with your bank or credit card company and bring this to their attention. They will have additional processes to help retrieve your funds for the purchase.
I ordered things and got confirmation mail but that doeant include the delivery date and i mailed them through the mail id given in the help but i disnt get a reply and it’s been more than 10 days and i didn’t receive the order.
Why can’t u contact them? Because they’ve registered in shopify which means u have their database then u can contact them right!!!

If u r providing merchant an oppoutunity and if they malfunction under ur name u have to clarify it to consumers.
