I received a domain renewal email from Shopify

While I was in the trial period of Shopify, I bought a domain address from shopify and created a store.
I then deleted my store and got a domain renewal email 3 days ago. The problem is that I can’t reach my store. I can’t cancel the domain payment renew because I can’t reach my store. Can someone help me?

Once you close your store, we would not bill you for your domain. Even if the auto-renew is turned on! However, it can happen at times that a charge may still go through if the auto-renew is not removed by our domain partners. So the best thing to do in your scenario is to reach out to our support team via our live chat feature so we can properly assess your account and make sure you will not be charged.
