I subscribed for 3 months 1$ payments, but forgot to change the plan or cancel

I have applied for 1$ three months free trail and forgot to change the plan or cancel, now Shopify has deducted amount of 37.76 USD, how can I get my money and ask for return? Please advice.

It outlines however, that you can:

  • From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Plan.
  • Click Deactivate store.
  • Select a reason for the deactivation, and then click Continue.
  • Enter your password, and then click Deactivate now.

Once completed, you can then head to our Support Page where our advisor team will be able to take a closer look into this request.
