Cancel my subscription and Get Refund

I use to use shopify free trail. After that i get a one month free. I didnt use shopify from then. Today is saw that shopify deducted 31 Dollers from my account. I badly want to cancel my subscription and get my refund. Iam really poor thats 31 doller is so huge amount for my country. I badly want the help of shopify. Please suggest me what can i do? Shopify cut my money from my account 22july Today. I need Everyones Attention. Now iam deactivated my account. What can i do ? HELP ME!!!

Shopify Provides Only 15days free trial not 30 days,
