Hi . I have received many emails from named Shopify and Gmail.com.so can you tell me what is your company email.because I think they are cheat

Welcome to the community.

Yes those are all scams. you can even build a filter to automatically delete emails from emails that have shopify in username and are from @gmail.com

But here is part from the official help center :

“Recognizing legitimate Shopify emails
Shopify will only send emails from official domains such as @shopify.com, @email.shopify.com, @em.shopify.com, and @shopify-billpay.melio.com. Emails from public email services such as Gmail, Yahoo, Apple mail, or Hotmail aren’t from Shopify and should be treated as potential phishing attempts.”

And if you search here or Google you could find a lot of different scams and what happens if you do reply to them.

As a general rule, any email from a company should be from an email address with the company’s name in it. Shopify will always send emails from @shopify.com, @email.shopify.com, @em.shopify.com, and @shopify-billpay.melio.com.

If you ever get scammed by an online merchant, you should report them here https://www.shopify.com/legal/tools/report-an-issue/report-a-merchant

under “Fraud”, so Shopify can close that store.
