I have gone round and round go to the same pages that will not direct me to shopify chat… This is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo frustrating. Can someone direct me to them

To share some context, you can access our live support options by heading to our Contact Page. From here, you will want to complete the following:

  • Log into your shop.
  • Select a topic (i.e Starting a store).
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page to locate the Get Support options.
  • Select from the available support options (i.e Chat, email, call back, etc).
