Contact form doesn't work, didn't get any emails

Hi Guys!

If I tried to send the contact form (Partnership form), I didn’t get any emails in my mailbox (I checked every folder) simultaneously. When I sent via the “10% subscription” form, everything was fine. How can I handle it?
