When importing customer CSV files into customer database, it will skip the majority of the customers. I’ve tried this with several files now, shopify always says the import was successful, but when I go to import the next CSV file I get the following message (attached screenshot) saying that most of them were skipped? As far as I can tell, everything is formatted correctly with headers. I’m using google sheets. I also do not have the box checked “overwrite existing customers…”
Thanks Ritchie, I’ve followed all the guidelines and made the CSV using the provided templates. Still having the same issue. Just think it is really weird that I would get a notification that the import was a success with no mention of skipped entries unless I try to import another file.
