Why does my customer import keep skipping in Shopify?

I am trying to import customers into Shopify

it’s saying ‘

Successfully imported: 235

Failed: 4

Skipped: 909

Errors:

  • Line 104: Validation failed: Email contains an invalid domain name.

does anyone know why it is coming up with this and not importing ? Thanks In advance :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi

Investigate what is on line 104 that might be causing issues - could be a special character or an invalid email.

You can also try deleting that line and reimporting to see if the file completes or what other error you get. Sometimes it is the line before the error line that causes and issue as there could be a comma in a field which then pushes all the following rows columns out and makes the email field not match up.
