In kalles Theme Customization,pop up Page Unresponsive

Hi everyone,
I have a problem with my theme customization page. I’m currently editing a draft of my theme when suddenly it stop responding, I tried switching to another browser, trying different device, switching to other internet provider, and clearing my browser’s cache. None of them solves the probem. Is there someone who have an idea about these issues?

Since the issue is present across multiple devices and networks, it could be caused by:

  • Theme code issues – If you’ve installed custom code or apps that change the theme, they could be interfering. Duplicate your theme and try the default version.
  • Shopify server or theme bug – Sometimes Shopify’s theme editor is not responding due to a server issue or a bug in the Kalles theme. Check Shopify Status to confirm whether there are any platform issues at the moment.
  • Too many unused drafts – If you have a lot of theme drafts, try to delete unused drafts and then refresh the editor.
  • Theme Update – Ensure you’re using the latest version of the Kalles theme. If not, updating might fix the issue.
  • Contact Theme Support – Since Kalles is a third-party theme, reaching out to The4 Studio (Kalles developers) through ThemeForest or their official support can help resolve any known bugs.

If you need a speedy solution, try using Shopify’s Theme Editor in Incognito Mode or test on a different Shopify store (if you can) to rule out theme-specific problems
