Hello, I was building my shopify store but when it came to activating shopify payments, the page kept on loading until it turns off by itself. I tried refreshing and activating five times and after that i received a message that the we will be back soon, store shop unavailable. Has this happened to anyone? if yes please any advice on how to fix it will be greatly appreciated.
If your Shopify store is not working, it could be due to a couple of causes, such as:
– Your domain may have expired
– Your hosting plan may have expired
– You may have reached your bandwidth limit
– There could be an issue with your payment gateway
– You may have forgotten to renew your SSL certificate
If you’re still not sure why your store is unavailable, please don’t hesitate to contact Shopify Support for more help.
I hope the above is useful to you.
Best regards,
GemPages Support Team
I can understand this is important to you, so let’s see if we can resolve this together and get you access to your store again. The first step here is to ensure the issue is not a local device or browser problem preventing you from accessing your store. To rule this out, can you please try each one of the following steps:
When using incognito, if you are still experiencing a display issue, confirm you have disabled browser extensions as these can change how the pages look.
Try another internet connection (example, switch to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi.)
Ensure there are no pop ups being blocked in the web browser.
Ensure you do not have any firewalls or pop up blockers enabled on the device
If the problem still persists, then it would be best at that point to reach out to our live support team. Our live support can be reached via our support portal here. You need to select the topics that apply to you, and then choose live support via either phone or chat once the option appears to you, you will then be connected to a live support agent who will have access to your account, and can help you out from there. I trust this helps!
