Inquiry Regarding Fulfillment and Archiving of Orders in Shopify Sales Data

We are currently facing an issue with our Shopify sales data, and we’re not entirely sure if the data is accurate. We have been following the steps outlined in your help center for canceling and fulfilling orders, but we’re concerned about the following:

When we fulfill orders, they seem to go into an “Archived” status automatically. We would like to confirm whether this is the default setting in Shopify, or if there might be an issue with how our data is being handled.

Could you please clarify how the fulfillment process affects the order status and if the archiving is a standard part of this process?

Archiving is the standard process once an order is fulfilled. If you wish to make any changes, you need to unarchive it.
