There is a bug in the platform: orders that are fulfilled still show active in the menu. This never goes away. It gets disorganized and is annoying. Any way to get this resolved?

opt2. Try logging into Shopify with a fresh (Cache-free) browser and see if the issue still persists.

Ok, so by pure chance we figured out how to get this issue resolved.
I’m sharing it for others with the same problem.
Fulfilled order status is connected to archived orders. To make sure orders show as ‘fulfilled’ and are ticked off (not showing pending in the menu bar), you need to:
– Go to Settings
– Go to Checkout - scroll down to Order Processing
– Find After an order has been fulfilled and paid - and select/tick the box Automatically archive the order
This will remove the number of ‘active’ orders that are already fulfilled but still continue to shown in the left menu bar. It will then only show orders that need to be fulfilled and have not been processed as of yet.
