Is a 4-day review period normal for 2Checkout accounts?

Hi guys,

I have few things to ask

1.My 2checkout account is under review for 4 days is that normal thing?(I already sent them 3 email but they just issued e-ticket)

2.In case they dont rmake my account active, which payment provider i should use then?( I am from Serbia)

3.If they approve my account

which one of these I should use for my shopify?(see attached file below)
