Is it possible to reactivate a paused online store?

Hi all

I am pausing my business due to moving house and wish to resume it in a few months.

I looked at the options and there is “Pause and Build” option but it still costs $9 a month because the store pages are still online (just not accepting orders).

I don’t mind not having the store online for this time.

Can I deactivate my store, avoiding the charges and then re-activate it in the future? It appears this is a possibility but the wording online is really unclear.

Thanks in advance

Hi @cocktailqueen ,

You can still re-open your store after deactivating it as stated in this guide. You can do this by logging into your store again and entering your credit card details, prompting you to select a new subscription plan. Once you do this, you will fully access your account and all features.

I hope it helps.

I’d also like to know a bit more information and confirm before deactivating please. All the info I had read doesn’t make it really clear if you get everything back. When you do log in again and choose a plan, do you get your entire store back again? Images, categories, variants, layouts etc? Also, is there a time limit on being able to get everything back again? If I stopped for a year or 2 will it all still be there? Thank you,
