We do have phone, chat and email support available through our Shopify Help Centre.
I’ve included steps on reaching our Support Team below -
Head to this link and click on Contact Support.
You will need to login and select the store in question (if you have more than one store).
On the Contact Support page, you’ll need to search for the topic you’re needing help with - this will load a range of help guides and resources to help you.
If none of the resources provided are helpful to you, scroll down the page to the bottom and click on Continue.
You can then click on any of the contact options and you’ll soon be connected with a Support Advisor.

Hi When I try to login it the only option I get is to email support.
My issue is I cannot access my backend of my Shopify Store and as of Jan. 11, 2022 6pm.

That’s correct [email removed]RugbyNomad1, the phone number you have listed above is no longer in use as all support is now found through our Shopify Help Centre.
Our Support Advisors are the best people to speak with for any questions you may have regarding the platform before you decide whether or not to open an online store with us. You can choose the Continue without logging in option to get through and in contact with an advisor.

Usually when the Chat & Callback options do not appear this could be due to our support system reaching over maximum capacity. This is not the case all the time, so are you able to click through this link and you may be able to see the chat and callback options available.
If you still cannot see these options appear, could you please advise me of the specific error message that displays when you try to login to your Shopify admin please?
I’m following your instructions and not seeing what you have shown, I just get an endless loop of useless links. Where do I find phone support or chat at an undesirable minimum?
No I am not. The option you show, the “Get support/Continue” button is not there. I only get useless links looping me back to where I started.
