I have my domain authenticated and branded email verified (it have been over 24 hours) but all the emails from shopify store still get delivered with via shopifyemail.com in the FROM field in the email. Can’t seem to figure out how to remove this.

- Make sure you have confirmed your “sender email address”.
To send emails using your sender email address from Shopify Email, you need to confirm ownership of your sender email. You can confirm ownership of your sender email by authenticating your email domain or verifying your sender email address in your Shopify admin.
Steps:

From your Shopify admin, go to Settings.

Click Store details.

In the profile section, check if you are getting messages like “ Confirm that you have access to XXX@abc.com in sender email settings “. If yes, click sender email settings.

Follow the prompts to authenticate your email domain or verify your email to confirm ownership of your sender address.

Check your DNS settings. You need to ensure that your domain’s DNS settings are correctly configured for sending emails through Shopify. Specifically, you need to have an SPF (Sender Policy Framework) record set up in your DNS to authorize Shopify’s servers to send emails on behalf of your domain.

Wait for propagation, sometimes it can take up to 72 hours for DNS changes to fully propagate. Therefore, it’s possible that your DNS settings haven’t fully propagated yet.

I have the mail verified and domain authenticated (had to enter 4 cname records) but all mails still have the shopifymail.com in the FROM field.

Can you once send a screenshot for any email? Also, once consider sending test emails from your domain email account as it will provide surety that the domain email is set up & running successfully.
If the test domain email is fired successfully then, you have to contact Shopify support for the issue.
