Has anyone having issue with purchasing UPS shipping label in Canada? I have been speaking to Shopify Support and UPS Shopify Support but so far no one is able to solve my problem. The problem is everytime I try to purchase the label and enter our UPS Registration Address, it does not like our address. It’s saying "UNABLE TO REGISTER WITH UPS.
Confirm your address meets the requirements.
If you still encounter issues, contact shipping UPS for assistance."
I’ve tried so many address combinations, making the city all caps, making the address all caps, all lower case, no space between the postal code. Clearing my cache. Doing all the above in incognito browser. Nothing seemed to work. Anyone have any tips or ideas? Really need to ship out our stuff with this crazy Canada Post strike happening! TIA.
