Mobile site working but not desktop site

Hi, hope someone can help. Moved my shop from oxatis to shopify today, have updated the DNS setting accordingly with fasthosts. The domain, www.pottingup.com works great on the mobile site but the desktop site falls back to a “something went wrong” page. I’ve tried through various browsers on various PC’s and macs, no dice I’m afraid. In Shopify/setting/domains there is a “needs attention” but no specific information. No custom code used, tried with different templates but no change.

Any help would be great thanks, really don’t want to go back to Oxatis! :slightly_smiling_face:

Welcome to the community.

For me your site is working fine but for you maybe DNS change is still propagating. I checked

For example, Manchester is red so not yet done. Usually before DNS change, you should lower your TTL to a small value. But still, it depends.

Maybe it just needs a bit more time. But also try to open your store in a new incognito/private browser window.

Good luck with the Shopify store. You do have interesting products.
