My primary domain on Shopify has my store’s landing page. I created a subdomain where the main store is. Please how can I move my subdomain to my primary domain so that is also has the same url the primary domain had?

To make sure I understand, the final objective is to change the primary domain from your root domain to your subdomain correct? If yes, then you can go to Online Store/Domains, click primary domain, then update the primary domain to your subdomain so long as your subdomain is connected to your Shopify admin. You can find more information on setting your primary domain through our Help Center here.
Both domains will lead to the same storefront, but only the subdomain will appear as its set as the primary domain. Are you hoping to use the root domain with another platform?
