My 20% discount code is not working although the settings haven’t changed and it used to work before.
I double-checked the guide on how to create the code - everything’s set up correctly, however, I still get this “Enter a valid discount code”. Please advise what I else can I do

Make sure the code is not expired or removed. Some of the discount code can only be use once, depending on the settings.

The code is not expired, there’s no end date and no usage limits

I am showing issues right now with the Shopify store, not sure if Shopify is aware with the checkout errors.
