Discount code not working - "Enter a valid discount code"

Hi there,

I have set up a discount code allowing 30% off products. However, when testing it I am met with ‘Enter a valid discount code’. Then when I tested it against any other code they are not working either.

For simplicity, I will give details of the most recent code I setup

Code type - Amount of products

30% percent off one-time purchase

This applies to specific collections

No minimum requirements

Code - EASTER30

I have followed all of the steps and still having the same issue. I’m also struggling to find any way of contacting shopify support, or even a live bot chat? I keep on getting sent back to the ‘choose a topic’ page.

I checked your screenshots and noticed you are applying the discount code during the cart page. Have you tested adding the discount code in your checkout rather than your cart?

If it does not work in the cart but works in the checkout, this could be a theme related issue.

The store is using Envy Live, do you know how I can look at fixing the discount code in the cart, or even removing it as an option?
