My products are not showing up in the collections on their menu

My products are not showing up anywhere on my page. Not on there menu sections either. All of them are showing that they are in the collections. But when you select it nothing is there.

There could be several reasons for this so let’s walk through some troubleshooting to get to the source and a resolution for you.

Is it possible you have duplicate collections with the same name? Did you make the Collection manually or is it automated? Also, what is the name of your theme?

Your products will only show up in menu navigation once you’ve set your menu links here.

Also, it’s important to make sure your products are set to active.

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Products.

  2. Click the product’s name to open its details. The product is available to the sales channels listed in the Product status section.

  3. Set the product status as active.
