I want to modify the typography my page has, but when I go to the theme costumization part, I press other typographies, and I wont show the preview look of that one I’m pressing. It only reload the one it already has. My compurer and iPad are up to date, and I have a pause subscription. What could it be?
I am assuming you are within the customize page changing the font, correct? Have you tried saving it and then refreshing to see whether it changes? Not always the customize page refresh changes in real time.
Yes, that’s correct! I tried that too, and it wouldn’t change the font 
Actually, i did it but did not check the actual webpage. If I save it I can see it in the actual webpage, but I can’t preview it without making the official change.
Unfortunately the Customize page does not always show the changes accurately. It will often times fail to reload the changes in real time as we update something.
My recommendation is:
- Go to Online Store > Themes > Actions > Duplicate.
- You’ll now have a copy down below. Customize it as per your wish.
- Once it’s all good, then publish it live.
It’s always a good practice to customize a theme in an offline-copy as well to avoid putting your customers through unexpected changes while they browse your shop.
