Need a way for customer to order a custom made item with dimentions

Hi

I have been looking for a way to have customers order specific items but havent found anything.

For example. I produce cutting boards and I would like to option for customers to be able to ask for a quote for ?x?x? size and a few options such as wood type, handles etc.

If anyone can point me in a direction.

Thank you, although would you have any in mind because all i can find are not what you mention, or any specific wording to use.
To be more specific they are products that are not in store so it would be more of a blank slate more like a quote request form where I add specific questions. But all i found in quotes was completely left field kinda stuff.

I am no good with google docs or ways to point the customer to boutique pages so I need something simple to use.

I may be asking for much but web design is just not me
