I have made a purchase 2 months ago, store hasnt been responsive since, even on their instagram. I have never recieved and order and am trying to recieve a refund without success.
Please advise.

Opened a complaint with shopifiy a couple weeks ago and provided all the neccessary data, havent recieved a response yet.
