Refund for my order

I need a refund on an order I never received. I’ve tried to contact the merchant several times with no response, and someone in Support also tried to contact them to no avail. I can’t seem to chat with a support assistant anymore on the chat unless I have my own shop. So I came here to see if anyone in support can help me. I want a refund, the order was marked as delivered but I never received it.

Shopify support, please help me.

all I know is I’m never purchasing on Shopify again if you guys make it this hard to get a refund when the seller doesn’t respond. I originally emailed them on October 19th, and I attempted contact again on November 4th. I’ve checked my spam and everything. No response.
