Why is it that customer view is such a piece of garbage and shopify doesn’t test anything crossfuntionally. Does the POS team even communicate with the customer view team? Do you even have a QA dept?
Why do your customers have to go through hell every time you push an update?
All OS, and Apps are up to date, on the same wifi network and it still won’t connect. The worst part is the error asking if the devices are on the same network after scanning the QR code. Umm customer view wouldn’t even know the code was scanned if they weren’t on the same network.
