New store up!

Hello! Looking for feedback on my store  any advice or constructive criticism welcome

Thank you in advance

Get a domain.
Get email on this domain.

If you have access to a wide monitor – have a look at your product pages, if not, just believe me  – product image grows too big and does not look nice.

Policies are unreadable if overlaid over the image like they are on the policy pages.

Contact link in header leads to a page with only a form.

All other means of contact should be there as well – phone number, address, etc (given that they are available elsewhere on your site) – this is the first place people would hit looking for your info.

These will improve the trust.

Thank you!!! Fixed the background image on the policies immediately! Css issue of course lol

Getting the rest soon

@Jacey_Lybeck ,
I had a look at your store nice start, especially for something new.

The biggest thing is clarity. When I land on the homepage, its not instantly clear what makes your store different or why I should buy from you. A simple headline explaining your brand or what you specialize in would really help.

Also try to add a bit more trust. Since its a new store, things like customer reviews clear shipping/returns info and even a small About Us section can make a big difference in making people feel comfortable buying.

Your product pages could also use a bit more detail not just what the product is but why someone should use it and what results they can expect.

Overall though you are on the right track. It just needs a bit more personality and trust building to start converting better.

Hi,

In some places the text (especially product names) is hard to read because of the background image and thin font.

The “Shop” link in the header menu should point to:

It would also be better to move the large text below the Add to Cart button to reduce the number of steps before purchase (on mobile it takes quite a lot of scrolling to reach it).

Customer reviews are also missing, but I assume the store has just launched.

Good luck with the project :slightly_smiling_face:

I checked out your store, and I love the concept of soulful, small-batch creations. Your branding is really aligned with the idea of nature and creativity, which is great for attracting your audience.

A few quick thoughts:

  1. Consider improving navigation with clear categories (e.g., “Postcards,” “Wearables”) to help customers find what they’re looking for faster.

  2. Enhance product descriptions by sharing the emotional value or story behind each item, it’s all about connecting with your customers.

  3. Adding trust signals like customer reviews or a money-back guarantee will help increase conversions.

  4. Don’t forget SEO optimization on product pages to make sure people can easily find your amazing products.

The store setup with products is cool. I would switch the fonts to something else. Ask chat gpt. I also have a store and things are getting better. tell chat gpt your store as in is it publisher mode, what is the store? image logo I guess thats all right. your brand your way.
