A user reports that the Navigation menu is missing from their Shopify store’s header after Shopify moved navigation settings to the Content section. An image shows an empty navigation interface.
Community responses suggest:
The blank screen indicates no menus have been created yet
Most themes include a default ‘main-menu’ automatically, but this theme appears not to
Solution: Click “Create Menu” and title it “Main menu” for the header navigation
Add desired pages to the new menu and link them properly
Additional requests:
Multiple responders ask for the store URL to provide more specific troubleshooting
One asks whether the menu is visible on the frontend/live site
The issue appears straightforward—creating a new menu should resolve the problem—but the discussion remains open pending confirmation from the original poster.

I think you might be having the same issue I am seeing where there is in fact a Main Menu in the Header, and it functions, but there are no menus at all shown in Content > Menus:
In a pinch, you can go through the theme editor, go tot he header, then use the Menu pulldown to select the edit option for the menu; that will open the Content > Menus area with the Main Menu displayed and ready for editing (but if you refresh that page, it will disappear!).
