Hi,
This is Richard at PageFly - Shopify Advanced Page Builder app.
It’s frustrating to see high foot traffic without corresponding sales. Let’s delve into some potential reasons and explore solutions:
1. Product-Market Fit:- Is your product right for your target market? Are you offering what they truly need or want?
- Are your prices competitive? Are you offering a perceived value that justifies the price?
2. Customer Experience:- Is your store layout inviting and easy to navigate?
- Are your staff friendly and knowledgeable? Do they provide excellent customer service?
- Is the checkout process smooth and efficient?
- Do you offer a pleasant shopping environment? This includes factors like lighting, temperature, and cleanliness.
3. Marketing and Promotion- Are you effectively reaching your target audience? Are your marketing efforts aligned with their preferences?
- Are your promotions and offers compelling? Are they creating a sense of urgency or exclusivity?
4. Competition:- How does your store compare to competitors? Are you offering unique selling points that differentiate you?
5. Product Quality and Presentation- Is the quality of your products up to par? Are they well-made and durable?
- Is the presentation of your products appealing? Are they displayed in a way that highlights their features and benefits?
Hoping my solution helps you solve your problem.
Best regards,

Hi @Capaxbona
Sorry to hear you have no sales. You have 4 main collections and many people are selling the same items as you.
Big companies too. And your store is not that unique.
For some tips, on the homepage:
- For me, the header is too big, it takes up a lot of space
- The main menu is not that useful, instead of Home/All products/ Collections I would try your collections: For Home/For Pets/For Cars/Gadgets
- Hero banner is huge, no point in taking that much space when you need to scroll and scroll to get to text and call to action button. Try to make short images.
- And you should have more sections with more text that says something about your brand. To have a bit more trust and more info. Your About Us page is not good and not enough.
For collection page:
- Product names are almost unreadable, a combination of font, upper case, and letter spacing is not good.
- This is in general, but your product images are not great, they do look like any other website. And people can find easily the same products elsewhere. So try at least to have a bit of a unique featured image, remove the background with AI, or set a new one.
- Some of your products seem way off, too expensive compared to other stores. I found it much cheaper on Walmar’s website. Check it out.
- The side column just takes space, either have a full filter option or just hide it as you just have availability
Product page:
- Price should be more noticeable, different accent color
- You have long descriptions with a lot of images, think it would be better to have a separate block, full container with the below image/product form block.
- And because of the long description, you could use the sticky add to cart button, useful so it is always easy for customers to add to the cart.
- And again because of the long description you have shipping and ask a question accordion below all that and most users will miss it. And those are good for customer reassurance
In general, you could promote your products on social platforms. Shopify has several guides on how to start https://www.youtube.com/@learnwithshopify/videos
One of the reasons I would not buy from your store is a lack of contact information. Just a Gmail contact does not distinguish you from all fake/scam sites out there. You are LTD? Great, give a full company name, registration number, address and phone. That is not much to ask. And also builds trust a bit.
Good luck and hope your sales increase.
