My store can’t push any new order email notifications to the associated email address.
This has been happening for the last 3 days out of the blue.
I have ran some test emails and plugged/unplugged the email address tied to receiving new order notifications.
Everything looks normal on our backend, but it’s just not pushing any new order email notification to us.

Not being able to receive New Order Notifications is certainly not an ideal situation, as they are important for keeping up to date with orders on your store.
I understand this was working fine up until 3 days ago, but then you were unable to receive any new emails. Have you made any changes to the store settings during this time, which might give an indication as to why this suddenly stopped working as expected?
Have you confirmed that the email inbox is behaving normally, and can send/receive other emails as normal? Also, it would be a good idea to check any spam/junk folders you might have, as sometimes emails can mistakenly find their way in there.
Is this an email address that you have added to your Settings > Notifications > Staff Order Notifications, or is this the main email address associated with the store in the Settings > Contact Information section? In the Notifications section of your admin, double check that the ‘Location’ setting is set to ‘All’, as this can sometimes cause the emails not to be sent. You can then send some test email notifications.
If you have confirmed that the email inbox is working normally, and no settings have been changed recently that explains this, then I would recommend reaching out to our support team using this link. Here on the Community Forums we don’t have access to account information, but if you contact us through our Help Centre link above we can dive a little deeper and check what might be happening with the emails.
