Notification to owner regarding draft order placed by customer

Using shopify basic plan for now, I need a way to be notified when a logged in customer places a draft order. I found that in my admin, notifications, staff notifications that there is an option for:

Draft Order ( Sent when a customer submits a draft order. only sent to store owner).

Toggled on.

Send test email.

Test Email works.

However I do not receive real draft orders. After an hour or so with Shopify support team, “Our sincere apologies this feature is not available in your country”.

Can anyone expand on this? Why does the admin pane show it is available and is able to send me a test email but its not available in my country (USA)?

Hi @17n88w did you talk to the bot or an actual support advisor.

You may need to just use the shopify-flow app and setup a custom automation.

Or an automation app like mechanic
