Order Never Received, Seller Not Responding

I placed an order through a shopify seller on August 23rd, It is now 14 days since I paid for my order and I have not received any communication from the seller. I have emailed and text them many times and never received a response. What should I do?

We would still consider this too early to be able to launch an investigation on our end. Has the store provided you with a time frame for shipping incase it is a case of shipping delays?

Does the store have Social Media that you can contact them through also?

From the screenshot you’ve sent through, it looks like the store is still awaiting a response themselves as to when they can get your order shipped.

Our advice from here is to continue waiting patiently for a response from the store, however if 30 days has passed, you can fill out our AUP Violation and report the merchant.

From here, our legal team will be able to investigate into the store.
