Didn't receive my order but paid for it and no response

I placed an order through a shopify seller on March 28th. I received a text right away verifying my order and payment was immediately processed. I even paid extra for shipping charges. The text I received stated I would get a text when the item shipped. It is now 5 days since I paid for my order and I have not received any communication from the seller. I have emailed them 3 times and never received a response. What should I do? There is no other form of contact info for the deller either.

Since it’s only been 5 days since you paid for your order, I suggest waiting a little longer as the store owner may be affected by shipping or production delays.
