I had ordered few items worth a total of INR 2790 from Children Studio (order #2607). I came to this site from Instagram ad and placed my order. After a few days, the order link started throwing 400 error code and upon opening link, it goes to the admin page.
The email listed in the order email is not helping either. How do I get my money back or get the products delivered?

It sounds like you’re referring to an order you made with a store online.
Shopify is an ecommerce software merchants around the world use to build stores for their own independent businesses.
We do not handle shipping or orders for these stores ourselves here in Shopify at all.
As such, you would need to reach out to the store you ordered from if you’re looking for support with the order you have made.
Try replying to any confirmation they would have sent you, or try checking on the store page itself for contact info you can use to ask them about your order.
If you’re not able to access the store page or contact the business you ordered from and 30 days or more have passed you can next contact the payment method you used (PayPal, card provider, etc).
You can report an issue with an order you made using this form.
