Recently, some of our customers said they can not go throgh our website, whatever they use Safari or Chrome, they all have a notification as below picture, maybe do you guys know the reason?

Which link are you sending to your customers ? The URL in the screenshot looks like a local network URL and not your store URL ?

If you can also confirm where this domain was purchased (from Shopify or a third party) and if this domain has previously been working okay for you, that will help us to determine what might be happening here.
