Add custom GA4 tracking to the site to gain more insights about your visitors. Currently, you do not know if the visitor even added the product to the cart or not. Did they even reach the checkout funnel? To gather this information, you must implement Google Analytics events.

Hotjar is another free tool I recommend implementing on the site. This tool tracks all user behavior and provides us with a heatmap of the audience. This can be very helpful in optimizing the site. I have attached the Hotjar report with this comment. Please review it.

Once an item is added to the cart, a side drawer opens. As this site has a limited number of products, I recommend redirecting the user to the checkout immediately after adding something to the cart. This is because there is nothing more to explore on your site after adding an item to the cart. We do not want to give visitors time to think before they make a purchase.
