hi, I have created my shopify partner account with my working email and my desired working name “faateh Tech Services” everything was working perfectly fine. But I don’t know what happened any how 2 factors authentication enabled on it and I didn’t get any recovery code and also I don’t have access to authentication app. And there’s no option to identify by phone number and email. I am stucked. Please help meto justn login for once as I was Desigining store for my client and now I am unable to access that.

Since you can’t access your 2FA method anymore, and didn’t generate or save backup codes, you can’t bypass it directly. You only have to file the “Shopify Partner account recovery request”. Include:
- Your Partner account email
- Business name (“faateh Tech Services”)
- When your account was roughly created
* Any invoices, payment receipts or store links for your account
This enables Shopify to reconfirm ownership and through that process regain access to your Shopify account. Also, refrain from creating a new Partner account with the same email address until the matter is resolved, it will only make recovery difficult.
