i talk about payments, When a customer makes a purchase on my shop, the payment goes to a different account, not the one I want. And I can’t change it without the old bank account details.

Hey @jo9 you can add the new banking details you want the payments to go to in the billing section if you select edit billing profile, then click on add payments method. If it still requires the old banking details, you should probably try contacting the Shopify support team.
