Payoneer checkout supported but not showing in admin payments settings (Togo)

Hi,

I would like to know why Payoneer checkout is not showing on my payments settings despite my country (Togo) is part of supported countries? Is it because I am still setting up the store under unpaid trial option?

You’ll be able to see and add the available payment providers in your country even if you’re still in the trial period. To find Payoneer, you can follow the steps below.

  1. In your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Payments.

  2. Under Supported payment methods, click Add payment methods.

  3. Click the Search by provider tab.

  4. Type in “Payoneer.”

  5. Click Payoneer Checkout and follow the steps they provided for the setup. If you haven’t signed up with them yet, please do so by contacting them and they will help you create an account and activate the payment gateway in your store.

If you’re unable to find Payoneer Checkout after following the steps above, please visit https://bit.ly/3cJkx8V and create a support ticket so we can investigate.
