Good afternoon. I am a new user in Shopify. To confirm my account, I am asked to attach a photo of my passport and a photo of the paid apartment bills. But if the apartment is not registered in my name, and I have nothing to do with paying for utilities. I can only provide a photo of a valid passport, but not to the receipts. What should I do in this case ?Because the passport photo is not sent without a photo receipt. Can you only accept my passport photo to verify my identity ?

It would be necessary to submit a form of documentation that confirms your address officially for our records.
Depending on where you are located specifically, the exact document types you can use may vary slightly, though generally speaking, you would be able to use a bank statement (from a non-virtual finance institute) dated within the last 3 months that has your name and address.
If you are happy to confirm which country your store is based in, we can share any other options you would have there in terms of documentation.
