Hi, my payouts are taking 7 days to be deposited. I know I have seen where after a period of time this may be reduced. My shop has increased in sales and I have not had any chargebacks. I have several repeat customers as well. How or when may this deposit time be reduced? Is there something I need to do to have it reviewed to be reduced? I have my payouts as daily.

How long have you been selling on the platform? In most cases, after a few weeks of consistent activity and reliable order fulfillment, the seven-day period is automatically reduced. This largely depends on your individual circumstances, as we must safeguard against the risk of insufficient funds to cover potential refunds and buyer disputes.
I have been selling for about 2 years but the increase in sales has come in the last 4 to 6 months.
I completely understand a delay and would be OK with 2 to 3 days before funds are deposited, 7 days seems a little excessive.

I cannot provide specifics; however, if you take a look at your payment settings, you will see what your current settlement speed is. It is in payment settings; click “manage.” We are constantly reviewing these policies, and your payout speed could get upgraded at any time.

Is this located under Payout settings?
correct it will say “Funds are available as soon as x business days after transactions”
