I created an account, but never created a store. (I don’t need one, I don’t want to create one.)
I want to delete my account, but all the solutions I’ve found are to go to the help center.
There, the AS (definitely not “AI”), keeps repeating “go to the help center and click on contact support”, once I click I’m back into the chat with the same AS.
Any human interaction (phone numbers, email addresses) are, of course, well hidden behind the useless bot.
Wow, shopify, your help center is worse than an airline!
