I have been trying to delete my account for days and I have not been able to do that. I do not want a link to customer service because I know that just leads to a loop since you guys clearly don’t want people deleting their accounts and making it so we have to pay forever. Just delete my account if you need any verification that it’s me then tell me what I need to tell you just delete my account I am tired of this and many other people are too

For security reasons, we cannot close your store on your behalf. Here is a step-by-step guide to deactivating your store:
The only reason you might be unable to close the store quickly and easily is if you have any outstanding charges on your store, so make sure that you have paid any bills or invoices before attempting to deactivate your store!

You also mentioned that you are having issues contacting our Support, ending up in a loop. When you go to Shopify’s help center do you log in with your store?
Once you do you should be presented with the option to talk to our support via chat or email. Is that not what you’re seeing? Have you tried clearing the cache and cookies on your browser or trying a different one altogether?
